Orayth Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the current local Orayth AI research project, training/evaluation tooling, and any official first-party Orayth website or support resources.
1. Local research data
Current Orayth training corpora, tokenized datasets, checkpoints, evaluation results, experiment metrics, and workspace evidence are primarily stored on the local development machine and project workspace.
Training metrics written by the current native training scripts are local experiment records, not a Vuttara/NuttaButtaInAA hosted usage-analytics service.
2. Training data
Orayth tooling allows local data to be added for training when the person operating the tool has permission to use it. The project documentation explicitly does not treat public availability as automatic permission for model training.
Do not include personal, confidential, copyrighted, licensed, or otherwise restricted material in a training corpus unless you have an appropriate legal basis and permission to do so.
3. Optional web-corpus import and setup networking
A user-invoked web-corpus import can request an absolute HTTP or HTTPS URL supplied by the user. The destination server and network intermediaries receive normal network request information.
Setup/development scripts may connect to package or dependency providers such as PyTorch/PyPI to install required software. Those providers process requests according to their own policies.
4. Local model use
The current project is a local AI research system rather than a hosted public inference/account service. No Vuttara-operated automatic training-data upload or usage-telemetry endpoint was identified in the current source reviewed for this policy.
If Orayth later offers a hosted API, cloud inference, remote memory, account system, shared dataset service, or remote prompt processing, a new or revised privacy disclosure will be required.
5. Service providers and processing outside Canada
Some infrastructure or third-party providers may process standard request or service data outside Canada. Depending on the feature you use, providers may include Cloudflare, GitHub, Google, streaming platforms, hosting providers, browser vendors, or a provider you select yourself.

6. Retention and deletion
Information under our control is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for security and troubleshooting, to maintain records, or as required or permitted by law. Local files and application data remain subject to the deletion controls of your device and the relevant application.
You may contact privacy@nuttabuttainaa.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Legal exceptions may limit a request.
7. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under our control. No device, network, encryption method, browser, or storage system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
If a privacy or security incident creates notification obligations under applicable law, required notices will be made.
8. Children and legal capacity
These projects are not designed to require children to provide personal information to create a Vuttara or Orayth account. Where a user is a minor, a parent or legal guardian should supervise use and any disclosure of personal information to third-party services.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the project changes. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. Features that materially change collection, cloud processing, analytics, accounts, sync, or AI data transmission should receive an updated disclosure before or when they are introduced.
